Free / Premium / Enterprise Versions

The CCTV Design Tool is available in three versions: Free, Premium, and Enterprise. Each version offers different features and capabilities to suit various needs, from individual users testing the application to large organizations requiring advanced collaboration and management features. Understanding the differences helps you choose the right version for your needs.

Free version

The Free version provides access to basic features, making it ideal for trying out the application or working on small projects:

  • Max 3 cameras per project – Limited to three cameras per project
  • Max 3 devices per project – Limited to three network devices per project
  • Max 3 pages in reports – Reports are limited to three pages
  • Watermark on reports – All generated reports include a watermark
  • Standard support – Access to standard customer support

The Free version is perfect for learning the application, testing features, or working on very small projects. For professional use or larger projects, consider upgrading to Premium or Enterprise.

Premium version

The Premium version removes limitations and adds professional features:

  • Unlimited cameras and devices – No restrictions on the number of cameras or devices per project
  • No limits in reports – Create reports with unlimited pages
  • Save and manage projects – Full project management capabilities
  • Custom branding – Add your company logo and branding to reports and documents
  • Access to 16,000+ devices in database – Full access to the comprehensive device database
  • Premium support – Priority customer support with faster response times

Premium is ideal for professional installers, designers, and system integrators who need unlimited project capabilities and professional document generation.

Enterprise version

The Enterprise version includes all Premium features plus advanced collaboration and management tools:

  • All Premium features – Everything included in Premium
  • User and group management – Manage multiple users and organize them into groups
  • Project sharing – Share projects with team members and collaborate
  • Additional storage – More storage space for projects and files
  • Volume discounts – Discounted pricing for multiple licenses

Enterprise is designed for larger organizations, teams, and companies that need collaboration features, user management, and volume licensing options.

Purchasing a license

You can purchase a license directly from within the application:

  1. Click on the User menu in the left toolbar
  2. Select Profile from the dropdown menu
  3. Navigate to the Subscription section
  4. Choose your desired plan (Premium or Enterprise)
  5. Complete the purchase process

The subscription section provides detailed information about each plan, pricing, and features. After purchase, your account will be upgraded immediately, and you'll have access to all features of your chosen plan.

Tips

  • Start with the Free version to explore the application and understand its capabilities
  • Upgrade to Premium when you need to work on larger projects or require professional reports without watermarks
  • Enterprise is best for teams and organizations that need collaboration and user management features
  • Custom branding in Premium and Enterprise helps create professional client-facing documents
